郭建伟[1]，男，红河学院副教授[2]。研究方向为植物病害诊断与病原菌鉴定及植物内生真菌与宿主抗逆性、品质的关系。1979年出生于河南省兰考县，2000-2005年在
河南大学
生命科学学院生物工程专业学习，毕业后获工学学士学位；2005-2008年在云南大学
生命科学学院/生物资源保护与利用重点实验室-省部共建重点实验室培育基地（云南省生物资源保护与利用国家重点实验室
前身）真菌分类学专业学习，毕业后获理学硕士学位；2008-2011年在云南农业大学
植物保护学院农业生物多样性应用技术国家工程研究中心植物病理学专业学习，毕业后获得农学博士学位；2011年8月进入红河学院[3]工作。2014年4月-2017年8月在中国科学院新疆生态与地理研究所
[4]做博士后工作。目前，主要承担《普通植物病理学》、《普通植物病理学实验》、《植物保护通论实验》、《生物化学》等本科课程的教学工作。主持国家自然科学基金地区项目《
草果内生菌多样性及其对果腐病菌的抗性机制研究
》1项；主持校级人才项目“红河学院第二批中青年学术骨干培养对象”1项；主持校级博硕项目、应用性研究项目等2项；中山大学开放课题1项；主持完成云南省教育厅科研项目1项；参与国家重点研发计划项目《天山北坡退化野果林生态保育与健康调控技术》（总金额1300万元）
1项。
分别指导省级大学生创新性实验计划项目和校级大学生科技创新基金项目等各1项。2007年以来，以第一作者在《Plant Disease》、《Journal of Plant Pathology》、《Annals of Microbiology》等SCI源刊发表学术论文5篇；以其他作者在《Phytochemistry》、《The Journal of Microbiology》、《Mycotaxon》、《International Journal of Systematic and Evolutionary Microbiology》、《Antonie van Leeuwenhoek》、《Archives of Microbiology》等SCI源刊发表学术论文22篇；以第一作者在《菌物学报》、《西南农业学报》、《江西农业大学学报》、《云南农业大学学报》等北大核心期刊发表学术论文11篇。2017年10月被红云红河烟草集团授予“红云园丁奖[5]”（科研突出贡献奖）。自2014年4月起，应邀为《Plant Disease》、《BioMed Research International》、《World Journal of Agricultural Science》等期刊审稿。代表性论文第一作者论文1.
