Sam Tsui(塞缪尔，Youtube)1989年5月2日出生于Blue Bell, Pennsylvania, U.S.(布鲁贝尔，宾夕法尼亚州，美国)当红网络音乐人，曾任美国NBC主持人。
因其在耶鲁大学求学期间利用业余时间，和好友Kurt Schneider运用混成技术制作一人横跨六声部Michael Jackson Medley的MV作品上传至Youtube而爆红全球网络，进而被大众所熟知。精通古典与流行音乐，哲学、绘画、戏剧、电影等各类人文艺术及科学学术研究。在耶鲁期间曾独立拍摄并主演音乐电影:College Musical。戏剧电影Sing Along也已在百老汇公映。2011年於加拿大为日本311大地震赈灾，举办慈善赈济募款音乐会。目前仍同好友Kurt利用业余时间，继续推出各类创意型流行音乐作品。个人首张流行乐原创专辑:《Make It Up》已於2013年5月11日正式全球发行。第二张专辑目前在筹备阶段，将于2015年末推出。人称"耶鲁哥"

Sam Tsui耶鲁大学古希腊语系07级华裔学生Sam Tsui，和他的同学数学系的Kurt Schneider制作的Michael Jackson Medley三个月前贴上Youtube网站以来，点击次数迄1日晚间已近220万次。两人不但成为耶鲁校园名人，而且受到全球各地粉丝的追捧。随后他们联手推出的视频，很快窜红youtube，甚至很多国内的网站（人人等）
社会评价
华尔街日报分析这段影片成功的原因有二：一是Sam Tsui的歌喉的确美妙，二是他们运用混成技巧，让Sam Tsui演唱六次，再把不同的和声融入影片，创意新鲜。他们精心剪辑后，只见七个人同台演唱，（另外还有一个施奈德的B-Box)这「七个人」唱了两首MJ的金曲：「I´ll Be There」、「Smooth Criminal」。
纽约Examiner访问这个两人组，问他们怎麼想出这个点子的？史奈德说，在他们读高中时，有一次安排Sam和一个女生唱二重唱，但这个女生在录影前临时退出。史奈德灵机一动，他问Sam，「你能唱高音，要不要试试女高音这段？」于是史奈德把「两个Sam」放进同一萤幕。头一次贴上Youtube时，点击者还评论说，「这两个双胞胎唱得真不错」。两人再接再厉，从三个、四个、五个到如今的「六人同台」。
不过全球走红，并不代表财源也滚滚而来。主修古希腊的Sam和主修数学的史奈德还没有从Youtube赚到钱，不过他们想利用网路的人气，发展自己的音乐事业。他们在紧凑的课业之馀，努力写歌并制成影片，希望六周内在iTunes推出自己的网路音乐店，供人下载。
